I hope it'll keep them out of the recording studio. It's heresy to say it, but U2 hasn't put out a decent album since "Achtung Baby" in 1991.

The Make Poverty History campaign wants Tony Blair and other world leaders to cancel debts and deliver better aid packages to the poor and is backed by more than 100 charities, unions and faith groups. [arrow more]

The veteran likes to take new acts under his wing and offer his advice on coping with fame, fortune and life in the limelight.
